INGREDIENTS
8-9 strawberries (or any other berries)
100g dark chocolate
200g cottage cheese
2 tablespoons blue agave syrup

PREPARATION
1. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese and blue agave syrup using a blender.
2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in microwave. Grease the bottom and sides of silicone form, put on 5 minutes in the freezer.
3. Remove from the refrigerator and re-form the bottom and sides of fluff chocolate, put on 5 minutes in the freezer. After this time remove the shape of the freezer, if necessary to remove excess chocolate from it with a knife.
4. Fill cottage cheese and strawberry puree on top and pour chocolate flatten put in the freezer for another 5 minutes. Enjoy!
