This fight is identical AI-wise between the two characters, so the strategy guide in the Sora version still mostly applies ([ Ссылка ]). What's different is that besides her fixed stats, Kairi plays pretty differently from Sora, and so you have to handle AX's openings differently as well.
--FIGHT STRATEGY--
Kairi's most distinctive feature is her Warp Strike, which has strong i-frames and obviously great range. Although Kairi doesn't have Final Blow, if AX isn't near a wall, Warp Strike is almost as fast to come out.
As stated before, all of AX's openings are the same, but Kairi has Counter Blast, which generally gives her more vertical range over lateral range, so you'll want to get in close on AX if you want to do reprisal damage. Unfortunately, Kairi cannot Critical Counter.
For the fire pillars, since Counter Blast won't often reach unless you're on the wall, simply guard then Warp Strike to AX; you can also guard, then dodge, then Warp Strike as well if you'd like to be safer.
Besides that, just know that AX will almost always break out in the middle of your second combo, don't mash willy-nilly and pay attention.
The link to my meteor phase positioning guide is here: [ Ссылка ].
After meteor phase, the second phase proceeds as normal, and it shouldn't take too long to take him down. You can earn PRO Code merits as both Sora and Kairi, and the pop up for the points will appear once you watch/skip the cutscenes after the fight.
One final note about this fight is that Square implemented an autosave point directly before the fight starts, so you don't need to worry about losing progress if you leave the game, nor do you have to go through any of the Re:Mind scenario again if you want to start from the first phase again as long as you don't lose the autosave point. This is supremely useful if you're trying to do a No Retry challenge.
