Balayam yoga is a nail rubbing exercise used by ancient Indian saints. Balayam yoga meaning is exercise of hair. The exercise of hair is known as balayam yoga . Bal means hair and vyayam means exercise, so it's balayam. If you are going through hairfall, alopecia, baldness, your hair falling out then balayam yoga is really very helpful.
Now how to do this balayam yoga is a nail rubbing exercise, where we rub our finger nails simultaneously. We don't rub our thumb nail.
You should do this balayam yoga the nail rubbing exercise for minimum 15 minutes and maximum 1 hour. You don't have to do this exercise continuously for 1 hour. You can have set of 15 minutes for 4 interval . Whenever you are free you can do it. People with high blood pressure must avoid doing this balayam yoga nail rubbing exercise . Because this balayam yoga increases blood pressure which reaches to your hair follicles which provide nutrition to your hair and help in hair growth.
While doing this balayam yoga the nail rubbing exercise you can go through different stages. You can notice your hairfall stopped in your first week only but later on you can notice some sudden hair fall which is really a good sign.
