For easy week weeknight meals, I'm going to package cooked rice for the freezer. I can store it for a month without freezer burn!

I defrost a bowl which has 4 servings in the fridge and reheat it in the microwave. It makes weekend night meals easy!
We like medium grain rice.
We do switch the brand of rice when we find it on sale.
