This highly requested yoga class is going to be published as a single 30-minute class as well as a separate warm-up ([ Ссылка ]) and cool down class ([ Ссылка ]) to meet the needs of all types of athletes and all yogis.
The first class (or first half) consists of a more energizing sequence to help you connect to your body and breath and move energy while stretching your spine in all directions. The warm-up sequence also includes stretches for your shoulders, hips, low back and legs! It is a good overall and reasonable warm-up before you head toward your next activity or workout.
The second half of this class (cool down) includes a moment of connection to breath and body awareness - post-workout. This class includes neck rolls and cat cows to stretch the spine and core. Heart-melting and extended childs pose with side stretches will work the upper body. You can stretch the lower body with a shin stretch (to avoid shin splints), a quick toes pose, seated forward fold, seated twists as well as reclined stretches for your calves, hamstrings and your IT bands.
