Ingredients:
Shan Shahi Haleem Mix packet
Chicken
ginger garlic
Onion
Oil
water
For garnishing:
fried/brown onion
Sliced Ginger
chopped green chilies and coriander

Method:
Sautee onion in 5 tbspn oil. Add 2 spoons ginger garlic paste and Sautee for 2 minutes. Now add chicken and cook till translucent. Add Shan shahi masla mix (the small packet from the shan masala pack) and cook for 3-4 mins and add 1/2 cup water so that the masala doesn't burn. Add big packet ( lentils packet that comes in shan shahi masla mix) and Sautee lentils for 2 minutes and cook it on 25 minutes high pressure.
After 25 minutes open the instant pot and take out chicken pieces if you want otherwise you can blend lentils and chicken together. I dont want everything blended together so i take out chicken pieces and blend lentils with hand blender and shred chicken from any shredder or potato masher .
Then add back shredded chicken in the blended haleem mixture and cook it on sautee mood for 5 minutes.
Add garam masala, check the salt and spices according to your taste.
At the end serve hot Haleem garnished with chat masala , ginger slices, green chilies and coriander.
Very easy and quick haleem is ready in half an hour.
