Brian demonstrates two different versions of his favorite avocado smoothie recipes.
The first option is a great keto avocado smoothie. Take note that this is an avocado smoothie without milk. It uses liquid egg whites instead.
Keto Avocado Smoothie:
1 Whole Avocado
1 Cup Liquid Egg Whites
1 Cup Ice
2 Scoops Vanilla Collagen Fuel
Pinch of Sea Salt
The second option is a refreshing plant forward avocado banana smoothie made with nut milk, avocado, green banana and sweetened with honey and vanilla extract.
Primal Avocado Shake:
1 Whole Avocado
1 Cup Macadamia Nut Milk (or other nut milk)
1/2 Green Banana
1-2 TBSP Honey
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
2 Scoops Primal Kitchen Unflavored Collagen Peptides
Pinch of Sea Salt
