Ingredients:
Matcha Powder - 2 teaspoons
Sugar - 1-2 teaspoons (adjust to your liking)
Hot Water - 60 ml
Ice
Milk - 150-200 ml
Steps:
1. Sift your matcha into a bowl
2. Pour in your sugar
3. Pour hot water and whisk until the matcha is frothy (lots of bubbles form). The frothier it is, the creamier your latte will be!
4. Fill your cup with ice
5. Pour in your milk
6. Slowly pour in the matcha
7. Mix really well and enjoy!
