The Mk III Cleaver / Gorgonum Heavy Stubber is one of the most powerful configurations in my opinion. Its only weakness is the Carapace Armour, which can be handled with the Gorgonum, but the kill speed is slower than with other weapons. Fortunately this time they did not spawn. I had the impression that they were replaced by a very large number of shooters instead. Anyway, Ogryn was fun.
