Knee Strengthening Exercise: Long Arc Quads
While seated with your knee in a bent position, slowly straighten your knee as you raise your foot upwards as shown. Strengthen vastus medialis oblique muscle.
If you walk or run in the hills. This easy exercise strengthens the small muscles of the knees. This is level one progression.
