Fuji! why won't you let us use ISO on a dial?

Fear not friends, I've found a couple of quick work-arounds for exposure compensation on the fly as well as an alternative to having double back-button focusing options.

Hopefully a firmware patch will allow these custom options to be added so this video will be irrelevant but for now, these do the job.
