→Here is the yogurt recipe that's so far gotten the closest to what I'm looking for, still tweaking perfecting the recipe when scaling up!
1 quart milk (recipe says pasteurized but I use raw)
1 tsp yogurt culture/2 Tablespoons plain yogurt with live cultures
1 drop liquid rennet diluted in 1/c cool nonchlorinated water
Heat milk to 115
Add culture/yogurt starter & mix
Add in 1 tablespoon of rennet mixture (up to the whole 1/4 C for a thicker yogurt)
Cover pot, remove from heat, let stand 4 hours. Drain desired amount of whey and sweeten/flavor to taste.

→Shocked that I didn't use our leftover whey for something for human use? I made a video about the burden of abundance that explains our thought process on this! [ Ссылка ]
