Use nonstick pan for the recipe.
First, Boil all the vegetables ( u can choose veggies as per your choice)
1. Add cumin seeds and bay leaf into the pan and dry roast until u can smell the flavour.
2. Add 1 tea spoon dry fenugreek powder into it and dry roast it for 2 minutes.
3. Add 2 grinded medium sized onion , with one Black cardamon and roast until the water in onion gets dry.
4. Add ginger, garlic and green chilly paste into it.
5. Add grinded 4 medium sized Tomato paste.
6. Now add spices according to ur taste into it. ( Garam Masala, Black Pepper, Red chilly Powder,Salt, Turmeric powder and dry roast for 10 to 12 minutes.
7. Add little bit water into it and add half tea spoon raw mango powder.
8. Add veggies into the paste and mix it well then cover it with lid and cook it for another 5 minutes on medium flame. And coriander into it.
