Anne Heche made a trip to a Los Angeles hair salon just before a car accident left her hospitalized with severe burns. ET spoke exclusively with Richard Glass, owner of Glass Hair Design in Venice Beach, who said the actress randomly came into his studio and purchased a red wig on Friday. Twenty minutes later, she crashed her car into a nearby house, which went up in flames upon impact.
