The production line equipped with 2500mm working width double cylinder double doffer carding machine with full servo drive system. The carding machine also have auto leveler system which guarantees the fiber slivers to get super fine finishing Product which same as Germany technology. We also use high speed lap former which has 5 carbon rollers and also equipped with full servo motor drivers. And the needle punching machines have DOUBLE SHAFT & ROCKER ARM TYPE and have super high speed which is up to 1400 rpm which will guarantee the final product finishing and production capacity.
