Justin goes over how he was able to get a mentor when first getting into real estate. He doesnt ask things like "can I pick your brain?". Instead, he leads with value. He provided value to his Mentor Terrance because Justin wanted to learn from him. Terrance said if he could improve any of his businesses he would involve justin with real estate! Justin did just that and also got his real estate license. The best way to get a mentor is to be of value to them and not just ask questions and give nothing in return. Later on Justin got Ryan Pineda as a mentor.
