Light, airy and fluffy due to a German cheese (Quark) and
separating the eggs before baking.
This cake is different than American cheesecake but sooooo delicious!
👉🏼 RECIPE
Ingredients :
500 g Quark (white cheese)
150 g red fruits (frozen or fresh)
100 g sugar
Sugar vanilla
100 g flower
4 eegs
Preperation :
Mix sugar, sugar vanilla with the eeg yolk, after the Quark (white cheese) and flower.
In another bowl beat the egg white until it is stiff. Pick among the beaten eeg white into the dough, mix everything.
Give the dough in a baking tin and put the red fruits over.
Then bake at 180°C ca. 30 minutes in the oven.
