Ingredients:
Prepare Cheesy Mince Spread:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Beef qeema (Mince) 300g
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Cheddar cheese grated 100g
-Fresh parsley chopped 1-2 tsp
Prepare Mashed Potato Spread:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 400g
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Makhan (Butter) soft 4-5 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) hot ¼ Cup
-Fresh parsley chopped 1-2 tsp
Prepare Yogurt Spread:
-Dahi (Yogurt) hung 1 Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ¼ tsp or to taste
Assembling:
-Peek Freans Whole Wheat slices
-Peek Freans Buter Puff Original Crackers
-Peek Freans Saltish Biscuits
-Salsa
-Black olives
-Green olives
-Cucumber chopped
-Eggs boiled chopped
-Salami/Mortadella
-Corn kernels boiled
-Pickled jalapenos
-Cheese
-Carrots
-Cherry tomatoes

Directions:
Prepare Cheesy Mince Spread:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add garlic paste,soy sauce,red chilli powder,salt,mix well & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up & set aside.
-In the same frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well for a minute.
-Add milk & whisk well.
-Add garlic powder,salt,red chilli crushed,black pepper crushed,whisk well & cook for a minute.
-Add cheddar cheese & mix well until cheese melts.
-Add fresh parsley & mix well.
-Add cooked mince & mix well.
-Garnish with fresh parsley & serve!
Prepare Mashed Potato Spread:
-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add black pepper crushed,salt,garlic powder,butter & mix until well combined.
-Add milk,fresh parsley & mix well.
-Garnish with butter,rosemary & serve!
Prepare Yogurt Spread:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,black pepper crushed,salt & whisk well.
-In a small frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic & fry for a minute.
-Add fresh parsley,red chilli powder & mix well.
-Pour prepared tadka & serve!
Assemble Charcuterie Cracker Board:
-Serve biscuits with all condiments & prepared spreads.
