Hi! I Like Giants is a student/fan-made animated music video to Kimya Dawson's song by the same name, directed by myself and my friend N. González!
The music video explores the same feelings of loneliness and hope the song mentions, but this time is told through a bunny named Duna and her girlfriend, a black cat called Genevieve.
Both Duna and Genevieve explore the world around them and, even though they feel constantly overwhelmed, they learn to see the beauty around them and how everything and everyone provides to the whole, no matter how big or small.
The footage was taken by Kat, Reyna, and Selene. Animation and character design was done by Nico and myself, and composition was done by Alberto and myself as well (:
This is also our LAST original animation for uni!! nice.
