This is a hilarious 'spoof documentary' featuring a dysfunctional upper-class couple, Peter and Flick, played by Rob Brydon and Julia Davis. She once had a fiancee called Geoffrey, whom she refers to as “a medical giant,” and says that everything about him was “large.” Unfortunately he drowned while they were out on the river with their best man, Peter, in tow. However, within an hour of Geoffrey’s death, Peter proposed to Flick and she married him instead, bitterly regretting it ever since.
Peter is small and quite useless and doesn’t measure up to Geoffrey at all. In fact, Geoffrey is buried in their back garden, standing upright, perfectly erect. "How I like to remember him," says Flick. She also has a big bulky masseur who gives her curious treatments but she won’t let Peter touch her, as she has various medical ailments that include occasional fainting and blindness in one eye.
