It's time for Back to School, which means it's time to go shopping for school supplies! Some people get really picky about their notebooks and it got me thinking about Plato's Theory of Forms. Everyone is looking for the ideal notebook, but according to Plato, such a notebook does not exist in the real world. The perfect notebook only exists as an idea, which is why stores stock so many different kinds of notebooks - everyone is pursuing their own ideal.
