Navigating the Body is your starting point for studying for the MBLEx. There are several videos with this title - all versions of foundational information. IMHO all beneficial. In this class we discuss anatomical position, distal/proximal, the anatomy of the shoulder joint, internal and external rotation, other movements and directions.
Part One - Test taking strategy: do meaningful homework. I refer to the FSMTB Content Outline. You can find that here. [ Ссылка ]

Part Two - the foundation of almost every MBLEx question - direction and movements of the body. Demonstrations are supported with other video examples.
Part Three - Dissecting questions. This class has some difficult quiz questions. However, the questions are very good examples of what you might see on the MBLEx. Distracting, confusing, long.
BTW, the @Anatomyzone video on Rotator Cuffs in total can be found on my Patreon site. [ Ссылка ]
