Ingredients
Mango – 1 kg
Curry leaves – 3 sprigs
Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Fenugreek powder – 1 tsp
Fenugreek seed – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 ½ tsp
Asafoetida powder – 2tsp
Dry red chilli – 3 nos
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Mustard seed – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 or2 tsp
Oil – 2 or 3 tbsp
Method
Firstly, wash the raw mangoes ,then peel and cut into small pieces ,set a side.
Take a large bowl add mango pieces , salt , red chilli powder , fenugreek powder , turmeric powder,
asafoetida powder and curry leaves mix them well and set a side.
Heat oil in a pan mustard seed let it splutter ,add dry red chilli ,fenugreek seed , curry leaves ,
asafoetida a powder , and vinegar fry them well .
Then pour the mixture into the mango mixing pan and combinethem well.
The instant mango pickle is ready to serve.
