It took a while until we found our first Long Eared Owls to photograph. We started to read different articles about their habitat and searching for them in different areas with conifer woods or old trees with no success. We finally found many of them in a local park near our home.
The winter season is the best to find them because you can see them in large numbers on the tree branches, especially on conifers, even in local parks.
