A Vinyasa Yoga Practice - 30 Minute Workout
Advanced Level Play
This is a playful home practice designed for fairly advanced Vinyasa practitioners and those intermediate folks who are willing to press pause, use the wall, occasionally fall and generally not take things too seriously. It's a feel-good, fun and playful flow. Do what you can! Replay and work on what you can't quite do (yet). We play around with Half Moon, Chapasana, handstands, and forearm stand.
This video was not designed to break down individual poses. I hope you'll find instructional/tutorial videos on my channel or elsewhere to help you tackle and master the challenging poses. As the title suggests, this one is not quite beginner friendly. There are plenty of beginner videos out there and I plan to post more of my own soon!
