Sweet Pongal in ( 10 minutes ) | Chakkara Pongal (Jaggery ) | Prasadam Sweet in 10 minutes
Recipe :

Rice - 1/2 cup
Moong dal - 1/4 cup
Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Water - 2 cups
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 6 Tablespoons
Cashews - few
Raisins - few

Procedure :
Rice and moong dal wash and keep aside
On Saute ,
Add Ghee - 3 Tablespoons and fry the nuts till they are golden color.
when nuts are golden color , keep aside
Now add rice and dal ( washed ) saute a minute, add water and mix well.
Close and seal the lid
set time :
Press - RICE (or) Manual (or) PRessure Cook - 5 minutes
Natural Release
Open the lid and add jaggery and nuts mix well

Ghee - 1 Tablespoon
Cashews - few
Rosins - few
Rice - 1 cup
Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Water - 3 cups
Milk - 3 cups
Cardamom powder - pinch
Jaggery - 1 & 1/2 cups

Time :
Press RICE
Natural Release
Open the lid add saute and add milk and jaggery
