👉From keto mojo website: "Generally speaking, you don't want your blood sugar to spike more than 30 mg from your baseline, and ideally your blood sugar should return to baseline within 2 hours; if it doesn't, you may be having an insulin response to that food and may want to consider reducing or eliminating it from your diet."

My thoughts: Although my blood glucose returned to normal after 2 hrs I did record a spike of almost 30 points. My ketone levels also dropped .4 within that 2 hrs. For me, this product is on the fence for being keto friendly so use your best judgement. If Quset bars work for you on your keto journey that's great. But remember, this isn't a true keto bar, it's a protein bar.
