A documentary video about the 1967 Decca compilation LP from legendary London rock group The Small Faces, being Steve Marriott, Ronnie ‘Plonk’ Lane, Kenney Jones, Ian ‘Mac’ McLagen, and original keyboard player Jimmy Winston. Titled From The Beginning, this was a mix of hit singles recorded for the label alongside unreleased tracks and some rare demos. The track listing includes Whatcha Gonna Do About It, Sha La La La-Lee, All or Nothing, My Mind’s Eye, Tell Me have You Ever Seen Me and My Way of Giving. In addition, it features the band’s cover of the Smokey Robinson & the Miracles song You Really Got A Hold On Me, which had also been covered on the LP With The Beatles in 1963. Founder band member Jimmy Winston plays on two of these tracks. As usual, the price guide value is provided at the end. I hope you enjoy the video!
