Authorities from a Bangkok hospital say among the 41 people who are still in hospital, 22 had spinal or spinal cord damage, six had skull or brain injuries and 13 had damage to bones or internal organs.

The hospital director says 17 surgeries have already been performed, with nine of those being spinal surgeries.
