Let’s define team goals for our consultants team by visiting Team performance and the team goal setting tab.
Select from the master list to assign job goals. You can also create new goals by clicking the Add a new performance indicator button.
Enter a new goal, select the appropriate scale and click save.
Select the appropriate evaluation levels, set the evaluation frequency, set the repeat interval. Assign the due dates to goals and save the configuration.
Evaluations can be completed using the link shared in the email, through smart devices or using the web dashboard.
Click on start evaluation, select answers as appropriate, leave notes wherever applicable, and click on the finish evaluation button to complete the evaluation.
The evaluator can sign the evaluation and send it to someone for signature.
