My great grandfather, Zygmunt Golczewski, was born in 1900. When he became 18 years old, it's most likely that he joined the Polish Legion. He served in the Polish-Soviet war of 1920. He was known for being a special tactician and having an amazing skill. I don't know what it was exactly, but I believe it was, or was close to sneaking behind enemy lines, getting intel and bringing them back, all undetected. Because of this, General Józef Piłsudski himself acknowledged him for his ability. He even allowed Zygmunt to be the only soldier in the whole region of Poland to have a license to grow tobacco. The picture on the banner of my channel is a picture of his government building in his village. The picture is most likely from the 1930s and on the top left corner, which is not visible on the banner on any device besides TV, is his and my last name, with his first initial. I will use the picture in one of my videos someday, so stay tuned for that.
