So many of us, as men, are operating from a position of scarcity. We’ve wired our brains over decades to constantly crave newer, better, more. Ironically, “more” doesn’t always enhance and enrich our lives. In fact, there is plenty of evidence to suggest that the quest for better actually makes us less happy and less fulfilled.
My guest today is Michael Easter, author of The Comfort Crisis and his latest book, Scarcity Brain.
