Bawang merah: 4 siung
Bawang putih: 4 siung
Daun bawang: 2 batang
Sagu: 250 gram
Untuk cuko:
Bawang putih (selera)
Cabe rawit (selera)
Gula aren: 250 gram
Asam Jawa: 6-7cm
Garam: 1 sdm

For "cuko" sauce:

Bird's eye chili (own preference)
Aren sugar: 250 gram
Tamarind: 6-7 cm
Salt: 1 tbsp
