The National Solidarity Party (NSP) said voters in Singapore should not be afraid to vote for the opposition. It said change is needed, and the opposition will provide more checks and balances in parliament. Speaking to the media during a walkabout, NSP secretary-general Spencer Ng acknowledged that the party could have done better in some aspects, such as being more prepared on the social media front, especially since campaigning efforts have been constrained by COVID-19.
