In this tutorial, we will go over 3 recipes that will allow you to make this beautiful lemon meringue tart. Pate sucree, lemon curd and Italian Meringue.

Lemon Meringue Tart recipe:
Pate sucree: ( need 1 tart ring 8”)
Butter: 112 grams
Flour: 200 grams
Salt: 1.5 grams
Sugar: 75 grams
Eggs: 50 grams
Amoretti Vanilla extract: ½ tsp

Meyer Lemon Curd:
Lemon Juice: 160 grams
Eggs: 200 grams
Sugar: 100 grams
Butter: 130 grams
Italian Meringue:
Egg white: 50grams
Water: 30 grams
Sugar: 100 grams
