Get ready to move with this new and upbeat Move & Shout routine. Join PFP's lead instructor Lauren Lewis as your work upper and lower body muscles form the comfort of your own home!
The only prop you will need for this class is a small ball. This short work out is a great class to start your Parkinson's exercise routine.
This class is designed to accommodate all levels. Only do what feels right for you, and take a break at any time. We encourage you to consult with a doctor before beginning any new fitness program.
