The first week of the school holidays has been marked by mostly dry and settled weather and heading into the weekend. However, the weather for next week is looking more mobile and unsettled.
It'll be a cold start to the weekend with many spots waking up to a frosty morning on Saturday.
Cloudier skies and showers for the east of the country with long spells of sunshine out to the west.
Sunday sees cloud and rain return to the north of the country as the next weather feature arrives from the west.
