5 room temperature eggs – (yolks and whites divided into two separate large bowls)
1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) of softened butter
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 & ½ teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 & ½ cups of sugar
1 & ½ teaspoons of vanilla extract
½ cup of milk
nonstick spray

Tres Leches
1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
1 can of evaporated milk
1 cup of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of vanilla
*double this recipe for a milkier cake

Whipped Cream
2 cups of heavy cream
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of clear vanilla
