Here's our lunch at Atera, NYC!

It's rare that 2 star Michelin offer a full tasting menu at lunch. It's such an odd yet special experience to sit down to a multi-course meal like this in the middle of the day.

Although the dishes did look quite simple and straightforward, each plating was multi-dimensional and well executed. If you're looking for a very involved, classic french Michelin-style menu and you're in the mood for something special mid-day, we'd highly recommend this lunch.

Chef Emborg seemed a little camera shy and disengaged with us, unfortunately, so we had to craft this video in our version of 'keeping it modest'
