Nike Zoom Fly 3 first impressions was a success today, very much so. I’m frankly a little shocked at how comfortable the Nike Zoom Fly 3 felt on the feet this afternoon on my first run. The new sock liner inside the inner cavity of the Nike Zoom Fly 3 was a brilliant move on the part of the Nike running shoe designers. A possible drawback would need to be the weight of the Nike Zoom Fly 3. I think in future iterations of the Nike Zoom Fly line up, they will continue to drop the weight. The Nike Zoom Fly 3 is a smidge heavier, but frankly it did not feel heavy on my first run under foot. Overall I’m very pleased with performance of the Nike Zoom Fly 3 and I will be most definitely taking this shoe out on threshold runs moving forward.
