Try These Nose Exercises to Make it Sharp
Nostril flaring: This exercise helps to strengthen the muscles in your nose and improve your breathing. To do this exercise, take a deep breath in through your nose, then exhale slowly while flaring your nostrils. Repeat this process for several reps.
Bridge lift: This exercise targets the muscles in your nose and upper lip. To do it, place your index fingers on the bridge of your nose and apply gentle pressure. Lift your upper lip up towards your nose and hold for a few seconds. Release and repeat.
Pinch and hold: To do this exercise, pinch your nostrils shut with your thumb and index finger. Hold for a few seconds, then release. Repeat this process for several reps.
