Ingredients:
Palak leaves - 2 bunch
Pigeon pea lentils (toor dal) - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
TO GRIND
Fresh coconut - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Red chillies - 3 to 4 nos. (adjust as per your taste)
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
TO TEMPER:
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
White lentils - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly - 1 no.
Curry leaves - few
SERVES 3 people
