The very first chapter of the mobile game Before Crisis (a part of the Final Fantasy VII Compilation), which has only been released in Japan, with English subtitles.

Set six years before the events of Final Fantasy VII, this is where the long war between AVALANCHE and the Shinra Company begins. The story tells of the Turks, the special unit in charge of Shinra's secret affairs, and their part in this struggle.

In the first chapter, AVALANCHE makes their first move by attempting to blow up one of Midgar's Mako reactors and the only one who stands in their way is a newly recruited Turk.
