BreadFruit is a seasonal plant and this is the perfect season for plucking the right breadfruit. There are many dishes prepared from this breadfruit right from stir fry, tawa fry to fritters.
Today we are going to prepare fritters out of it. In GSB Konkani we call it as Jeev Kadgi. So today we are going to show you how to prepare Jeev Kadgiye Bhajo.
Ingredients:
1) BreadFruit Pieces
2) 2 cups Gram Flour
3) 1 spoon Hing/ Asafoetida
4) 2 spoon Red Chilly Powder
5) Salt as per taste
6) Oil for frying
