Trigger to Musket is a ski run of varying difficulties located at Gunstock Mountain Resort. The trails run from the summit of the mountain down to the base area. The run begins to the slight skier's left of the top of the Panorama chairlift on Trigger, the upper portion of which is rated as intermediate. The trail starts out with a gentle pitch with a few small dips as it runs along the top of the mountain, offering some of the best views at the resort of nearby Lake Winnipesaukee. Eventually, the trail comes to a major intersection where I stayed to the right to continue onto Middle Trigger, an advanced trail. The middle portion of the trail begins with a steep drop, then continues down the mountain, featuring a few smaller drops, before passing underneath Panorama and entering into a long runout. When Exit 20 merges onto the trail, its rating reverts back to intermediate, gently making its way down the rest of the mountain and merging with Recoil then onto Musket just before arriving at the base area.
