Twenty-one prospective beneficiaries of a piggery project in Bloemfontein have been left frustrated. A government project to build a structure for their pigs has stalled. The one million rand piggery project was initiated in 2017 to boost the economy of Thaba Nchu.
The project is now abandoned and remains incomplete.
