Super Easy One Pot Indian Style Chicken Stew Recipe
Today I will share the recipe for chicken stew that you will love and its that healthy stew recipe that is so comforting and hearty. At the same time it is very easy to prepare. If you try this recipe then soon it will be your family favorite.

The ingredients required for this recipe are:
650 gms bone in chicken pieces/boneless
650 gms of mixed vegetables .I have taken potatoes, green papaya and carrot. You can take any hard vegetables of your choice but do not use egg plant or brinjal for this recipe.
40 gms / 2 inches piece ginger
20 gms /8 garlic cloves
10 pearl onions ( tiny onions)
freshly ground black pepper -1/2 teaspoon
salt -2 teaspoons
plain flour/maida- 1 tablespoon
1 dry bay leaf
2 inch piece of cinnamon stick
5 green cardamoms/elaichii
1 green chili (optional)
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
