Myślę, że w surówce zaskoczy Was jego smak, bo smakuje jak sałata. W towarzystwie soku z cytryny i oleju z czarnuszki z dodatkiem sezamu, stanowi lekką orzeźwiającą sałatę, która wspaniale komponuje się z mięsem, rybą, a nawet jest super lekkim dodatkiem do ciężkich przecież potraw z grilla.

Składniki:
100g szpinaku baby, świeżego
2 liście sałaty rzymskiej
1/2 cytryny
1 młoda cebulka
3 pomidorki koktajlowe
szczypta soli
garść nasion sezamu
3 łyżki oleju z czarnuszki
Na talerzu układamy umyty i osuszony szpinak.
Rwiemy liście sałaty na wierzch. Cebulkę kroimy na cieniutkie piórka i posypujemy po wierzchu. Kroimy pomidorki na pół i układamy na talerzu. Posypujemy solą, wyciskamy sok z cytryny i obficie skrapiamy surówkę. Polewamy po wierzchu olejem z czarnuszki i posypujemy nasionami sezamu. Już gotowe, teraz Wasza kolej:-))) Smacznego.

Ingredients:
100g fresh baby spinach
2 romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 lemon
1 young onion
3 cherry tomatoes
pinch of salt
a handful of sesame seeds
3 tablespoons of black cumin oil
Put the washed and dried spinach on the plate.
We tear the lettuce leaves on top. Cut the onion into thin feathers and sprinkle on top. Cut the tomatoes in half and put them on the plate. Sprinkle with salt, squeeze the lemon juice and sprinkle the salad generously. Pour black cumin oil on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds. It's ready, now it's your turn :-))) Enjoy your meal.
