A full plank strength training routine that's guaranteed to work your upper body, abs and lower body while driving up your heart rate for cardio endurance.
This routine includes plank, wiper planks, *plank jacks, plank up/downs, glute raises, hip drops, and shoulder taps.
*Modifications for planks jacks can be: plank hold, knee ins, wiper planks, or child’s pose. Choose depending on your fitness level and modify as your endurance increases.
