A little tutorial I just learned about, apparently found by Cp1987.
That's very surprising, the detail and the modeling of the map by Blizzard OW team ...

Here's a summury of the things to do
1. choose sombra
2. go to the outside zone
3. stand in front of the second door
4. Try to stick the translocator inside the door. So when it closes, the translocator would be inside the frame.
5. The glitch is working, press E to teleport and you can visit the outside world.
6. If you cant to change heroes, you have to teleport to the specific area of spawn, I show in the video
